notice my watch not ringing when away from the phone, so googled it and it says the data stick tower thingy should be green when connected to cellular mine is white, so googled how to set cellular up on my watch, it says go the watch app on the phone and select cellular - I do not have "Cellular" option available. I use iPhone x Software 13.3.1

can anyone help, only had the watch a month and was not aware that it has not been connected, it is only using bluetooth apparently.
